Attended my first full council meeting tonight, and will be working on the following panels: Policy Development and Performance Monitoring, along with representing the Council on the South Lincs Blind Society. I am particularly pleased with this last appointment having spend a number of years working for RNIB in Peterborough.
I will also be working on the Councillor Developement Board which will help to ensure councillors receive appropriate training during their period in office.
